The Golf Canada 50/50 will launch online at golfcanada5050.com on Monday, May 1, 2023.

Ticket buyers must be 18 years of age or older.

Ticket buyers must be in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.

Tickets are 5 for $10, 25 for $25, 75 for $50, 250 for $100.

Tickets will be available online at golfcanada5050.com.

Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system supplied by Canadian Bank Note Company, Limited. Tickets can be purchased online (golfcanada5050.com) and in person at Oakdale Golf & Country Club from Monday, May 1, 2023 until 6:00 p.m. Sunday, June 11, 2023. Canadian Bank Note Company, Limited has been contracted for this lottery and is delivering online services.

Online ticket buyers will receive their Golf Canada 50/50 ticket numbers by email. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly. On-site ticket purchasers will receive printed tickets that they must retain for proof of purchase should they win.

The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.

The winning numbers will be posted at golfcanada5050.com the day of the draw.


Winners may contact Laura Sawyer, Director, Events, Golf Canada Foundation at foundation5050@golfcanada.ca to claim their prize. Winners must have the original winning ticket number and photo identification in order to claim their prize. All winners must agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes by the Golf Canada Foundation.

The winning ticket holders have six (6) months (from the draw date) to claim their prizes. Once the Final Draw winner is verified, they will be given a cheque or electronic funds transfer in the amount of the declared prize value which is, at minimum, 50 percent of the total amount of ticket sales for the 2023 Golf Canada 50/50.

Lottery licensing policy stipulates that any prizes not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.

The following individuals and their immediate family members living at the same address are excluded from purchasing a ticket: Golf Canada Foundation staff and board members and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to the 2023 Golf Canada 50/50.
